A must watch street theatre written and directed by Madhusudhan, and produced by the Food Sovereignty Alliance which brings together some of the critical issues and contradictions in our current developmental paradigm – performed by the adivasis, dalits , pastoralists, peasants and co-producers in Telengana and Andhra, and which superbly captures the relationship of these communities with Mother Earth.

It is long – just over an hour – but for anyone questioning the destructive pattern of progress and development that is being thrust down the throats of people today – it is important to see the connections and understand the importance and effectiveness of the medium of street theatre to take it out to where it counts – namely the people who work the land, whose forests and resources and land are truly under threat as never before.
