In lieu with the recent attack of racism on our friend Gungtey, no action has been taken whatsoever. do attend our protest in Town Hall on Thursday between 5-7 PM.

The accused, is a criminal lawyer, hence he’s clearly understood intricacies of the laws. Every single time he gets into the custody of the police, he manages to get himself a bail in no time.

Bar Council of India should suspend the license of Advocate Hemanth Kumar under the disciplinary clauses laid in the Advocates Act of 1961.

Sadly, just arresting him once has been shown as “appropriate action” by the state government as well.

What we need is justice, and we shan’t stop until it is served and served right.

Why racist? Is the victim non-Asian?

The attack must be condemned whether it involves racism or not. Any attack on any human being is deplorable. The lawyer is getting away with impunity. Government should take appropriate steps and probe the matter so that justice is served
